About Me
I am Ola, Founder of Wave Within Adventures
Hi! I’m so excited to welcome you to Wave Within Adventures. Hosting retreats has been a dream of mine for years, and now it’s finally coming to life.
I’ve spent the last two decades traveling and immersing myself in outdoor sports—from ski touring in the Alps to trail running, climbing, and surfing across places like Portugal and Bali. These experiences have shaped me deeply, and now I want to share that magic with others.
I love helping people step into outdoor activities they’ve never tried, especially when they’ve felt unsure or simply never had the chance. Sometimes all it takes is someone to say, “You’ve got this.” That’s where I come in.
My retreats are fun, supportive, and transformative and for people of all ages. You’ll laugh, move, connect, and leave feeling energized, empowered, and full of faith in the future. I’ll guide you through each adventure and share tips to help you keep exploring and moving once you’re back home.
Over the past five years, I’ve also been deeply immersed in studying spirituality. During our time together, I’ll share practices, insights, and tools to help you turn inward, connect with your higher self, and lead a more conscious, blissful life. I believe we all have the power to create our own reality—and these retreats are designed to help you tap into that truth.

I’m so excited to finally launch my first retreat—and you’re invited! It’s short notice, but if we gather the right group, this trip is happening. End of November is the perfect time to soak up sunshine, reset your energy, and recharge before winter kicks in.
Whether you’re a friend, a friend-of-a-friend, or someone new who feels called to join—this is your chance to be part of something special. Because it’s my very first pilot trip, the price is set just to cover basic costs. I’m here to test, learn, and grow—and I’d love to do that with you.

Our Accomodation
We’ll be staying in a beautiful, spacious house in the lovely town Vega de San Mateo. It’s cozy, stylish, and full of good energy - perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Rooms are shared, creating a relaxed, communal vibe where connection comes naturally. There’s plenty of space to chill, journal, stretch. This is your home for the week—comfortable, welcoming, and designed to support rest, laughter, and meaningful moments.
